Middle East Studies Journal (MESJ) is the first in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to be issued by an independent research center and a specialized peer-reviewed print publication. The journal is issued by the Middle East Studies Center in cooperation with the Jordanian Institute for Research and Information, and registered under ISSN 1811-8208. MESJ focuses on the transformations in the Middle East region, its countries, and prospecting its future. The Middle East region here includes the entire Arab world in addition to Turkey and Iran geographically. The journal also addresses global transformations relevant to the Middle East, focusing primarily on political, economic, social, and strategic fields in its various sections.
