This study monitors the most significant transformations that have occurred in the Arab environment, especially those related to the Arab world's international position during the past decade. It analyzes their impact and repercussions on the Arabs' positions in international reality, taking the Arab Spring revolutions and their outcomes as its basis.
The study assumes that the transformations in the Arab environment during the past decade have negatively affected the role and status of the Arabs on the international stage despite some positive transformations. However, they have not joined together to restore their desired roles and statuses, as most Arab countries still live in this reality. Political, economic, social, and security-wise, its reality is weak and prevents its positive contribution to supporting any international role for the Arab world.
The study concludes that these transformations were not limited to the negative impact on the Arab world's international standing but demonstrated the loss of the correct Arab compass for reform, which might call for a new wave of the Arab Spring if not contained soon
