The Impact and Repercussions of the Positions of African Countries and Israel on the Armed Conflict in Sudan
Abdu-Salam Baghdadi

"The report discusses the impact of the positions of African countries such as South Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Chad, and Israel on the Sudanese crisis. It explores the main repercussions of these positions in light of the ongoing conflict between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces. It considers the main result of the conflict that put the Sudanese capital and other cities under fire and bombing for the first time, especially the increment by Rapid Support Forces. The report discusses Sudan's complex complexities and overlapping crises before the conflict erupted. The report concludes that if political forces support the army to represent the single military force in Sudan, stop fighting altogether, completely withdraw any armed militias outside the cities and populated areas, and conduct an effective national dialogue to rebuild the ruling political authority in a short
transitional period of no more than six months to arrange general elections in
the country Sudan would witness peace and security to rebuild the state and
nation. The report affirms that the elected legislative council, executive bodies,
and president will lead the country to restore the movement of displaced people
from combat zones to return to their homes and provide the necessary services
with generosity from Arab, Islamic, and African assistance"
