The United Nation and the New World System After the 11th of September. 2001

After the end of the Second World War, the world had found itself facing a new stage, which was calling for the establishment of a new international organization replacing the United Nation League which had collapsed because of many reasons preceding the war. And the foundation of the United Nation was at the beginning a transformational point in the relations' network between countries. And the introduction of United Nation Treaty had included a commitment taken by all the member nations at the UN and had committed them to fulfill it. And which summarizes the motives which cause the members to establish the international organization, these motives are represented by saving the coming generations from disasters which were caused by wares during one generation of unbelievable pains which could not be described, and emphasizing the new nations' belief of the basic human rights, and unifying the efforts to keep international peace and security… etc.
After the 11th of September events and what have followed them of excessive American use for force in Afghanistan, and through its wars to what it calls terrorism, it became obvious that the United Nation has lost much of its role it has to perform, and which has been used to justify US actions, and which has been used to form what is called the international coalition against terrorism.
By the beginning of the American attacks against Iraq, and the with the American administration announcement of its intention to overthrow the Iraq’s regime, the UN was in a critical point, that most of the countries have refused the American plans, however, the American administration has passed over the United Nation, and waged war against Iraq in spite of that matter.

The European Union Trends Towards the Palestinian Issue and Peace Process 1991-2003

The ninety’s period has witnessed a new start of the European Union towards the Middle East, during the conference which was held in Barcelona on November 1995. Since the European Union, which was taken away from the Middle East project, which was supported by USA and Israel, tried to develop its relations with Arab States through the Partnership Project between Europe and the Levant States, in order to be able to play a role in the region. And through this partnership, the Palestinian Authority has get benefit, because it is one of the partners, from the European support to its issue on the economic level and political level. Thus the European Union has admitted the Palestinian Authority and that Palestinians have their independent state which gives them the legality to go into an agreement which brings them benefits to support their issue and make them Middle Eastern State which is connected to the European System to utilize from its developmental aims that will raise the income level of the Palestinians and the new economic system for the new born state.
And the European Union generally presents supporting attitudes towards Arabs, or at least it shows an attitude of understanding their right, yet the European Union has never tried to overpass the American role in the region, that it considered this role to be a major one which could not be over passed. Moreover, it has never called for imposing sanctions upon Israel or it has never pressured Israel to agree on a legal peaceful compromise. Nevertheless, the European States continued its commercial and economic dealing with Israel, in a way which enhanced the Hebrew State’s economy and helped in its flourishing. And thus the European position has started from the well of satisfying the Arab part in a way or another without endangering its interests with USA or Israel.

The Iraqi’s Mass Destruction Weapons File and its Effect on the American and British Leadership

With the beginning of the American and British political sublimation against Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq, it became obvious that the Iraq’s mass destruction weapons issue has taken the first place in revealing evidence and listing the proofs in the list which were mentioned by both of leaderships who were so eager for calling the world to take part in the military actions in order to end the existence of this regime.
And it was obvious also that this file will be ,if its truth was proofed, an accord in opinion for all the poles which were standing as an obstacle for the emission of any international decision which permits using force in Iraq, because Iraq will in this case (having mass weapons) endanger the international safety and security, in accordance with what the American propaganda has promoted.
As with the end of the war in Iraq, the appealing to uncover the issue of the Iraqi’s mass weapons file has started in America and Britain that it was as a result of it, the war was waged against Iraq, and then the death of the British weapons’ expert; David Kellie who killed himself, which required the begin of investigating the intimate relations of his death, and also in the British government file of armament, the point which motivates the members of the American Congress, and the Italian and Australian Parliaments to open such investigations.
And after passing of more than six months on the American occupation to Iraq, it seems that there are many who became convinced that the Iraq’s file of mass weapons is not more than a plea to justify the war against Iraq, which US has sought in order to achieve its own particular goals and aims.

The Possibilities for Peace in Sudan after Mushakus Agreement

It could be said the there is a good and important step which has been achieved by the Sudanese’s peace arguments between the government and the rebellious army about the transitional security arrangements which means practically that the war has ended up, nevertheless, it still needs a long period of arguments about an important agenda concerning the division of the authority, wealth and the status in three areas which they conflict on them until reaching a comprehensive peace agreement which will end twenty years of civil struggling war, the rebellious has succeeded in convulsing some of the taken for granted beliefs mainly leaning on combating the Islamic Arab dignity as a considerable and comprehensive issue for the Sudanese people.

Human Rights between theory and application: Iraq as a model

The United States has persisted to use the human right concepts as a plea for military and political interference in any region of the world, having benefits from the callings for applying the principle of “the universal rights” by Human Rights Organizations, and the talk about the decrease in the national dominance in facing this principle.
And the American Administration has used the human right file in Iraq as one the basic files for justifying its attacks against Iraq. Yet the US has fallen in the same trap it has came to free the Iraqi’s from, according to its statements, that the American soldiers have done during the last months many severe violations for Iraqi’s rights, which came along with the loss of the public services for the ordinary citizen.

Geneva’s Agreement… An Attempt  to Overcome the Dilemma

The middle east peace process has remained as it is without any improvement as a result of the comprehensive war which is wagged by the Israeli Prime Minister; Are’el Sharon, the conflict has been transferred from being an Israeli-Palestinian conflict to being a Palestinian -Palestinian conflict. This conflict is mainly about the eligibilities and the power of the Palestinian Prime Minister, in addition to the emerge of Arafat’s deportation dilemma which is used by Israelis as a pressure on Palestinians, in spite of the fact which the Israelis realize that Arafat is the most qualified person for signing any agreement with them in future. Also Geneva’s agreement has emerged as a distorted copy of the Road Map Agreement wherein it didn’t come out with any a new thing except emphasizing the annulment of the Right to Return and fighting against the Palestinian’s resistance troops.

Israel War Crimes in Rafah

In the morning of the 10th of October 2003, Rafah was exposed to the biggest military attack which it has never been exposed to such one either on the level of the number of victims caused by the invasion or on the level of the number of tanks and the military forces which had participated in the invasion.
Witnesses said that Yapna Camp, for example, which was also attacked looked like, as how it appeared, as an earthquake. There were over one hundred homes which were damaged. The camp became a shadow city as the other areas which were attacked, no one can stay in it. Peter Hanes the General Deputy Manager for the UNRWA described the Israeli troops attack saying that it was a disaster, and the situation in Rafah was so horrible and incredible.

The Political and Social Results of Islamic, Christian and Jewish Religious Education  Symposium

The symposium of the political and social results of Islamic, Christian and Jewish religious education which has been held by MESC, has discussed the issue of religious education and has consider it as being the most important for building up societies, that many nations have established their life on religious founding. And this education has inputs and output which sometimes match with each other and other times they don not.
No one doubts that the events of 11th Sep in New York and Washington have contributed in showing the role in informing the societies, especially after the theories which appeared about the question of the clash of civilizations, and the of history in western societies.
A wide bother has been talking over until recently about the Islamic educational curriculums and their outputs accusing it in aggression and incitement while they ignore the outputs of other religions "Christianity and Jewish "which carry the aggression for the other nations, and they consider their effects as being less dangerous then the others. They consider Jewish as that ( they are the selected God’s nation) God order the other people to serve and obey them.
